Senior Android Developer, Contract to hire, some Travel Job

SR ANDROID DEVELOPER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in McLean, VA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Five (5) years Native Android coding
- Five (5) years Java Development
- Analysis and Design for large scale systems

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Converts specifications about business problems into programming instructions. Designs and codes programs; creates test transactions and runs tests; revises as necessary.
- Conducts analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of application systems.
- Reviews, analyzes, and modifies programming systems, including encoding, testing, debugging and installing for a large-scale system. Maintains records to document program development and revisions.
- Monitors operating efficiency of existing application systems.
- Must beable to travel for Knowledge transfer - there is required travel to San Francisco (client cost) the first couple months, for a few weeks

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Five to seven (5-7) years Java development/coding
- Five to seven (5-7) years Native Android development/coding
- Analysis and design for large scale systems required
- Postgres, Mongo, AWS desired

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Nice to have experience with: Postgres, Mongo, AWS
- Financial experience would be helpful, but not required
