MY DUTIES:

- Financial Planning, cost management & Forecasting within transversal Program Partner with all Biz & IT Leads on Annual budget planning.
- Consolidate all Plan submissions from the streams.
- Work with the streams on pushdown of savings targets.
- Agree final Annual Budget with DIA Program Controller & submit Budget to Program Controlling
- Ensure proposed budgets are in line with the Multi Year Planning to end of project & with the Program Business Case (updated annually)
- Lead Monthly financial reviews with all stream leads on actuals to date v Plan & v Forecast
- Capacity management in DIA Program by Partnering with the Biz & IT leads of all 18 DIA Program streams on resource allocations & action plans to resolve resource gaps (eg drive sourcing & engagement of additional resources with VMO / Procurement)
- Transition from current project financial planning to Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) in Dia Program as part of the SAFe transformation.
- Align with overall Program Mgmt & accompany the streams on the journey to LPM in SAFe

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience of financial management in large size projects & business transformations
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to build good business rapport with the DIA stream leads & Program management
- At home in a dynamic project environment where priorities can shift
- A person that moves smoothly within Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting under a large transversal Program within a friendly and fully collaborative environment, who is open to new learning opportunities coming from cross-company Programs (incl. topics like Scaled Agile Framework environment, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), Vendor Management and other interesting aspects for whom Courage, Integrity & Passion are daily values
