Senior Analyst - Analytics/Senior Customer Insight Analyst

The Senior Analyst will play a pivotal role in the Analytics team at a global leader in loyalty/reward programmes. You will work closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to deliver strategic marketing campaigns for retailers in the UK.

As the Senior Analyst you will have the following responsibilities:

- Delivery of client projects in collaboration with Sales and Account Management personnel
- Delivery of pre-sales analysis, customer profiles, customer analytics, data mining, performance trends to Senior Customer Stakeholders
- Regular reporting for key stakeholders
- Explaining technical analysis to non-technical people in a compelling message

Applicants will require the following technical knowledge to be eligible for this position:

- University degree in a numerate discipline
- 3+ years in data analysis using large consumer databases
- Expertise in SAS, SQL or Tableau
- Understanding of statistical techniques

Candidates should also have experience in client facing roles and demonstrate experience in creating effective external presentation materials.
