Senior Analyst

Salary - £28,500 - £50,400

Full Time - 37 hours per week

Fixed term contract until March 2013 within the ECC Software as a Service team that will run until the end of March 2013. The position has been created to provide support for a business application used within ECC.

The successful applicant will need to pass a CRB check and will be expected to undertake the following duties:

- Implement maintenance upgrades to ECC's Capita One System version 3 & 4 (quarterly & additional Service Packs and hotfixes)
- Fault fixing/troubleshooting
- Answering user queries
- Liaising with Capita and users to resolve issues
- Write ad hoc queries and scripts for bulk updates and data extraction
- Document system upgrades/changes and faults

Technical and business skill set required:

- Experience with the Capita One System - Version 3 and Version 4 (Version 4 = Rich Client/Back Office)
- Experience with Oracle 11g Client
- Crystal Reports (full version and Viewer)
- SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
- Oracle PL/SQL
- Internet Information Services 7 (IIS)
- Good interpersonal skills
