NextLink Solutions need to hire an experienced SENIOR AGILE COACH for a crucial and very complex project, where all your SENIOR AGILE COACH skills and experience will be tested.

This very exciting and critical project is for a global and highly sought after banking environment in Belgium.

The followingSENIOR AGILE COACHmust have the following skills and experience:

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- At least 6 years of experience in an agile IT organization.
- At least 4 years of experience as agile coach (not only as scrum master)
- Experience with Lean within IT is seen as an added value
- Experience as trainer is an added value
- Mandatory Experience with Jira
- Experience with DevOps
- Scrum
- Kanban
- Team player and keep autonomy
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude,
- Good Communication and Influencing skills;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
- Flexible, accurate & control minded.
- High level of autonomy and stress resistance
- Performance and result oriented
- Change oriented
- Precision and analytical thinking
- Power of conviction

DURATION: 6-12 months contract + Extention
