IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Lead the administrative and approval process of the department's procurement of goods and services by SAP in cooperation with department budget holders
-Support the maintenance of assigned finance systems (including PONs, accruals etc.)
-Create & maintain a database of requested purchase orders
-Complete monthly expense reports for managers' review
-Proactively and reactively make logistical arrangements for travels, hotels etc.
-Arrange meetings with colleagues cross-functionally and in different locations
-Take care of administrative duties related to the department's procurement of goods and services
-Prepare correspondence, spreadsheet reports and presentations
-Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
-Manage expenses and payments including individual expense reports, vendor payment requests, purchase orders and invoices
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Extensive working knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
-Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook is essential
-Experience in working with SAP is highly desired, but not required
-Experience with expense reporting systems/software
-Strong interpersonal skills
-High attention to detail in composing and proofing materials, managing time, scheduling and meeting deadlines
-Ability to work in a fast paced environment with demonstrated ability to simultaneously manage multiple competing tasks and demands
-Ability to handle confidential information and issues effectively
