On behalf of our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical players with HQ in Basel, we are looking for a SENIOR ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT with strong experience within the pharmaceutical environment.

This is a contracting position starting in end of March until the end of May 2016.

In this role you as Senior Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative management support by actively supporting senior managers and carrying out daily operations of an administrative assistant.

YOU BRING FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

- MINIMUM OF 5 YEARS' EXPERIENCE AS AN ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
- Adequate degree in Administration or equivalent
- EXPERIENCE WITH ONE OF THE BIGGEST PHARMA PLAYERS IN SWITZERLAND OR OTHER PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY
- Excellent communication skills in English (any additional languages are an asset)
- Pharmaceutical experience is big advantage
