Senior .NET Services Developer in Markets (Investment Banking)

SENIOR .NET DEVELOPER (BANKING) (80% - 100%)
On behalf of our client, a leading global company within a financial institution, we are looking for a .NET Developer. For this long-term contract based in Zurich our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and owing system development projects and initiatives (in the domain of Markets
- Developing Microservices in C#/.net to automate business processes in the structured products (Equity/FX) area
- Evolution of Message oriented distributed architecture.
- Relational and/or Document oriented Databases.
- IT development of various Interfaces (eg interfaces form trading systems/trading tools and downstream systems, Middle Office and Back Office, document generation systems).
THE TECHNICAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED FOR THIS POSITION ARE:
- 8 to 10 years experience as a Senior Developer
- Strong program language skills:
- C#, .net, WCF, JSON, XML, MS-SQL Server, Entity Framework, MS Visual Studio, Message Oriented Middleware.
- Extensive skills and experience in system development and IT platforms and IT architecture, benchmarks
- Good experience in the Structured Products and Derivative domain (FX and Equities); financial services
- Solid track record to deliver good high quality system for key user groups, eg Trading, Sales and Middle Office
- (applying structured approach/methodologies, eg Agile, prototyping)
- NICE TO HAVE:
- MongoDB,RabbitMQ, IIS,Continious Integretion (CI),Teamcity, SubVersion, Test Driven Development (TDD), Domain Driven Design (DDD), Agile Methodologies, IBM, WebSphere MQ, Resharper, Functional Language Concepts, Agile methodologies

- Good experience to work in an international, dynamic and diversified environment
- Strong communication skills and leadership skills
- Able to lead and coach developers
