Mandatory:
* Skills Experience of developing with Redhat components (Linux, JBoss). Eclipse SVN Scrum/Agile project experience. Good Communication Skills. Ability to hit the ground running. Highly Motivated

Desirable Skills:
* Service Oriented implementations
* Experience of JAAS/Picketlink (identity management). Knowledge of LDAP compliant directory structures and interfacing to them.
* Integrated Authentication - SSO. Fuse ESB JBoss Developer Studio BPMN 2.0

Qualifications . At least 4 years experience of providing services across at least 8 significant clients/projects.
* Experience in taking a technical lead on relevant projects, successful in working in a team environment and in effecting skills transfer.
* Trained (and qualified as appropriate) and proficient in the standard methodologies relevant to the required services. Java EE. SOA and integration via an ESB. XML/XSLT. Spring/Hibernate. Knowledge of implementing rules-based workflow and business processes (preferably JBoss BRMS/Drools). Knowledge of business process modelling and BPMN (preferably using JBoss jBPM). Experience of test driven development and continuous integration. Code instrumentation and monitoring techniques to support application performance monitoring.
