- 1st-2nd level support for Network Security Services including Firewall administration, Remote Access and Internet Access Support
- URL filter management
- Incident and problem ticket management
- Documentation
- Contribution in development of standard solutions
- Support internal service improvement projects and global projects
- On call service
- Education: Engineering or Computer Science degree with further training in Networking
- Experience in Network Security
- Solid Network and Network Security knowledge including firewall management, secure web gateways, remote access solutions
- Strong Cisco technology basics
- Network Operations experience (Incident and Problem management, Request Fulfillment)
- Fluency in English is a must, German is an advantage
- ITIL v3 Foundation Certification is a plus
