Security Engineer

Job title: Application Security engineer
Location: La Hulpe
Duration: 6 months (extensions possible)

MANDATORY:

-EXPERIENCE WITH SECURITY TESTING AND PENETRATION TESTING
-EXPERIENCE IN SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
-EXPERIENCE IN JAVA, C++

The scope of work is as follows:
SWIFT is looking for a security contractor to join a newly created team that specifically focuses on security validation. The securi ty contractor would have to perform the following tasks, with the help of SWIFT staff: * Perform on-going security testing to imp rove software security * Develop technical solutions to help mitigate security vulnerabilities. * Conduct research to identify ne w attack vectors against SWIFT products and services.

Required Skills
-Past experience in performing one or more of the underlying practices: secure code reviews, security testing, penetration testing, forensics, malware development
-Detailed technical knowledge of techniques, standards and state-of-the art capabilities for authentication and authorization, applied cryptography, security vulnerabilities and remediation
-Software development experience in one of the following core languages: JAVA, C++,
-Adequate knowledge of web related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service Oriented Architectures) and of network/web related protocols
-Strong engineering knowledge either in software development or network topology
-The person will have deep analytical and structuring capabilities
-Information security related certifications are an asset.
