Daily Rate - Dependant on experience.
German Speaking Second Level Support - Lotus Notes Specialist.
Our client, a leading Multinational IT services organisation, is currently seeking a German speaking application support specialist to be a part of their support team based here in Dublin. This job is to provide second level support in Lotus Notes to German speaking customers. This is not a front line customer facing role, however the candidate may be required to take over Lotus Notes related calls or call back customers for difficult Lotus Notes issues.
FLUENCY IN GERMAN IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE. Candidates from overseas will also be considered for this position.
The successful applicant will be expected to work a standard week of 37.5 hours. This is a 3 month contract, with view to extension beyond that should the candidate be a good fit.
Ideally candidates should have a proficient knowledge of Lotus Notes 7 & 8, preferably a minimum of 3 years experience working with the tool. Also the successful candidate should be practicised in using the Windows 7 platform, ideally for a minimum of 2 years. An understanding of the Domino platform would also be a beneficial.
