Second Level Support

Second Level Support wanted for our Zurich based client in the banking sector. Your experience/skills: Expertise in Unix (e.g. handling files, searching logs, checking processes) and in SQL querying (Oracle / Microsoft SQL) Solid technical understanding of IT and technology along with excellent problem solving skills 2+ years of experience working in IT preferably within a financial organization Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German would be a big plus Your tasks: Leading a team that provides day to-day 2nd level technical support on various software applications used across the company's trading and sales businesses Executing incidents and problems and supporting the team's delivery to the business clients and technical stakeholders Managing relationships with the key stakeholders in different areas specifically within application development and the business community Analyzing knowledge, performance and quality gaps within the team and addressing them using hands on face to-face supervising Ensuring that the incidents with an adverse impact are appropriately escalated and resolved Motivating improvements across software applications including monitoring and automation Start: ASAP Duration: 6MM++ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH9094 Does that sound interesting?
