SDRT Researcher

An opportunity has arisen for a talented and enthusiastic individual to work on a significant project analysing assets in fund portfolios to assist in categorisation for Stamp Duty Reserve Tax. The role sits within our financial services division of our large FTSE100 organisation and involves identifying assets, researching their nature and proposing the appropriate SDRT treatment. It will involve working to tight deadlines and ensuring delivery against challenging targets.

Essential Experience/Skills:

The successful candidate should be educated to A Level standard or equivalent with strong analytical skills. You should be able to work to tight reporting deadlines also have the ability to evaluate contracts and financial data and summarise for review. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary and able to work as part of a team and also on own initiative. Strong organization skills are also required.

Desired Experience/Skills:

A basic understanding of financial products/instruments is desirable or Legal or contract review experience
