SDM for Procurement

For our client we are looking for a Service Design Manager for Procurement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Accountable for supporting customers in formulating requirements/change proposals(eg DP0 material) for service design
- Responsible for design budget in specific area
- Responsible for overall design of services in specific area
- Responsible for representing Service Design towards customers in service reviews
- Responsible for coordination/prioritization of development budget together with IT Solution Manager (Delivery)
- Responsible for ensuring business operational readiness prior to deployment
- Responsible for updating Service Catalogue within new or updated services prior to deployment
- Responsible for validating/approving service acceptance criteria, requirements, solution design, service acceptance complete and deployment

SKILLS:

- Excellent overall knowledge of Procurement Processes and Solutions
- Good understanding of SAP solutions  (SAP ERP, SRM7, SAP BI) and other solutions (eg IBX, Ariba) within Procurement area
- Over 5 years of experience of above topics
- Understanding of TeliaSonera technological architecture and system environment
- Good understanding of best practice solutions within Procurement area
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent English skills
