For our client in Amsterdam we are looking for a Scrum Master.
For a position as Advanced Scrum Master we need a process oriented person with team manager/agile coach experience.
Job description
Strong team player, capable of working independently, good analytical thinking, flexible in terms of working hours, proactive, can perform under pressure.
General knowledge/experience
- PSM I certified
- PSPO I certified
Technical knowledge/experience
Experience in Scrum and an Agile/Lean way of working.
Preferably knowledge of ITIL processes.
Competences
Good communication skills, Coaching skills.
Responsibilities
Coaching one or multiple teams in their way of working.
Helping the teams to adhere while getting a better team.
