MY DUTIES:

- Acting as Scrum Master for 2 Teams in a scaled agile Setup 
- Coaching of inexperienced teams and product owners 
- Living and teaching agile values and fostering the agile mindset
- Challenging and improving the operation of the team, improving their performance and capabilities 
- Planning, preparing and/or facilitating Scrum Events  
- Configure and maintain an agile project management tool  
- Facilitating communication between the agile teams in coordination with other Scrum Masters and Program Management  
- Removing impediments

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound experience as Scrum Master / Agile Coach
- Experience in scaled agile setups
- Excellent knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and scaled agile setups (i.e. SAFe, LeSS)
- Proven coaching skills
- Can-do attitude, result driven and openness to learning
- Strong collaborative problem solver
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus
- Fluent in German and English
