Job Description:
We are looking for 1 Scrum Master (m / f) for project support in Systems Engineering & Validation.

Role:
* Scrum master role for (distributed) software team with validation share in the field of automotive telematics
* Define and implement the agile approaches in a complex project setup
* Organization of meetings and workshops with relevant contacts, follow-up of topics,
* Identifying problems of the project organization and the process landscape - Tracking and solution approaches support z. B. together with the project manager
* Proportionately driving and tracking technical issues from the development team (tools, build, validation, ...)

Skills:

* Several years of experience with agile (SW) development,
* Experience as scrum master
* Sound knowledge of software development processes
* Knowledge of the environment of AUTOSAR, embedded software, diagnostics and automotive telematics
* Experience in using SAFE
* Knowledge of Automotive SPICE
* Advanced handling of relevant tools
* Independent work, convincing, confident and professional appearance
* High load capacity and flexibility
* Strong team and communication skills
* Willingness to travel to appointments, eg. B. in particular at the customer site in southern Germany
* Good English and very good German
