Scrum Master - Leading and Highly Innovative Technology Company

Our client is a leader in a niche Technology driven field and are looking to add a Scrum Master to their leadership team to drive efficiency, productivity and innovation as part of a much wider growth strategy. You will take on the Scrum Leadership for multiple development teams building highly specialised Native Apps with a view to further increasing the level of performance and cohesion. You will lead the day to-day Agile and Scrum activities such as Daily Scrums, Sprint Planning and Reviews, Retrospectives and User Story refinement, while removing impediments and obstacles, ensuring consistently high levels of productivity and quality deliverables. You will also provide ongoing Scrum coaching and help establish a highly collaborative working space. Requirements Experienced Scrum Master, ideally backed up by a relevant Certification (ie CSM, PSM). Hardworking and collaborative style but with the ability to challenge stakeholders as required. Excellent communication skills in English. German language skills preferred. Able to interview ASAP with a view to starting in January 2018.
