Must have extensive experience of have used the Agile methodology, and be able to lead and coach others in its use.
Qualified Scrum Master.
As a lead developer, able to work with the Product Owner, and turn user stories into working, tested code.
Extensive C# OO (experienced with use of SOLID principles, object modelling and design patterns to produce high quality codebase).
Expected to have worked extensively with TDD/ATDD in a CI/Agile environment.
Some architecture experience (comfortable making architectural decisions).
One or more of the following would be an advantage:
TFS build configuration
Mobile development in a windows environment
Agile principles/Experience in scrum master role.
