Scrum Master - Investment Banking

Looking for an experienced Scrum Master with a strong background in finance to work for a major investment bank

The successful candidate will:
- Ensure the Scrum is run effectively is used correctly and its benefits are maximized.
- Remove impediments
- Support the Product Owner
- Improve the team's engineering practices and tools as needed
- Improve communication

The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Expert knowledge of Agile SCRUM Methodologies gained in a banking background
- Good knowledge of OTC Derivatives
