For a 6 month project at our client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
SCRUM MASTER/BUSINESS ANALYST - ONLINE BANKING (4077)
Our client is offering a hybrid role in a project which is to provide a state-of-the-art service to manage messages and multi-channel notifications to the bank's clients.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AS A SCRUM MASTER IN A COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT ENVIRONMENT
PROFICIENT IN REQUIREMENTS ENGINEERING AND WORKING WITH SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO DRIVE THE IMPLEMENTATION
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WITH TEAMS APPLYING MODERN AGILE SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT PRACTICES
Experience with software development in a highly integrated IT environment with a high level of dependencies and stakeholders
CERTIFIED SCRUM MASTER (CSM) PREFERRED
Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to interact with multiple teams
Fluent in English, German is a strong advantage
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Organize and run all of the Agile ceremonies, such as refinement grooming, planning and daily standup sessions and lead the team through the ongoing project
Support the Product Owner with respect to the development and maintenance of the product backlog
Support the delivery of the project as a BA and work closely with the business and technical stakeholders to help form the product requirements
