WE ARE URGENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED SCRUM MASTER THAT WILL HELP SUPPORT AN ONGOING PROGRAM.
ROLE:
-To help a scrum team realise their challenging backlog/epic stories within time and quality.
-Lead a team of 6 developers, 2 testers and 2 functional analysts alongside a product owner.
-You will lead a team to the next level within agile.
-You will monitor story content and scope drift in the correct way with the product owner.
REQUIRED:
-5+ year's experience working as a Scrum Master
-Knowledge of tools and technologies within software engineering
-Good knowledge of agile principles
-Experience working in large organisations to help adopt Agile principles
-Ability to apply agile practices beyond a team.
-Must be scrum master certified
