Scrum Master

I am currently recruiting for a Scrum Master with one of Switzerland's leading Private Banks to work on a software development project to enhance existing advisory application that supports users to provide suitable and tailor made advice to clients globally.

Key responsibilities:

- Facilitating scrum events like dailies, refinements, retro perspectives and reviews
- Coach and coordinate a number of local development teams
- Continuously improve development methodology
- Support team members and product owners to follow scrum methodology
- Responsible to eliminate impediments and obstacles

Required skills and experience:

- A number of years experience applying agile methodology in software projects (especially in Scrum)
- Experience in software development with multiple scrum teams
- Software development background and understanding of software development process and procedures
- Strong communication skills are essential
- Fluent in English and German, both oral and written is required
- Self-motivated
- Driven by obtaining efficient results

I have this on a contract position initially until the end of the year
