Scrum Master

One of our Major Leading Clients is looking for an experienced SCRUM MASTER. This is for a 6-12 month contract. The ideal start is 1st May 2018.

The SCRUM MASTER will be responsible for;

- Team facilitation and coordination
- Escalation of key impediments and facilitation to resolution
- Lead process adherence to provide transparency and performance
- Support the product owner and the team to work together in a performant manner

The SCRUM MASTER will have the following;

- Strong experience in Agile delivery within Investment Banks
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation (in person and online)
- Strong organisational skills and experience of execution against business expectations
- Ability to work within tight deadlines
- Strong and proved experience in distributed environments
- Must have experience working within Data Sourcing area of Banking environment
- Must have experience on distributed teams
- PSM I or II Certification
- Knowledge/experience with multiple Agile approaches (eg. Kanban, Lean, Safe)
- Experience with CI/CD

ADDED ADVANTAGE:

- Experience with Application Development and knowledge of Investing
- Good command of the Dutch language
