Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for an experienced SCRUM MASTER to join one of their clients, a global consulting company. For this temporary assignment based in Basel, we are in search of an English speaking candidate who is immediately available.

PROJECT DETAILS:

The Scrum Master would be managing projects/initiatives within a newly defined model for "Next Generation Marketing" and could include multiple marketing tactics such as emails, web, social, mobile, SMS, etc. The ideal candidate would have experience running agile campaign management in the digital marketing area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Facilitate the team to drive greater efficiency
- Responsible for managing the scrum marketing process
- Arrange, facilitate and schedule meetings
- Organizes and facilitates the sprint-planning meeting.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:

- Minimum 5 years of professional experience with Scrum
- Previous experience in pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
- Knowledge of agile methodology and associated frameworks
- Skilled to coach team how to follow agile scrum
- Strong knowledge of Scrum theory rules and practices
- Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
- Knowledge of project management principles and the ability to apply the principles, tools and techniques to develop/plan, manage or execute projects or work plans to ensure successful completion (eg, on time, within budget)
- English - Fluent written and spoken
