-Strong skills as a scrum manager, who knows how to coach a DevOps team

The Role:

- Lead a DevOps team (analysts, developers, testers) of 10 people in an Agile way using Scrum.
- Provide with the team estimates and a global planning for each new Feature and deliver on commitment.
- Look continuously for improvements to deliver in an even more efficient way and deliver an even higher quality.
- Be the IT sparring partner of our business: you understand the goal and message of the customers and contribute in providing solutions for their requirements.
- Be a team player, who works together with experts from other domains who will deliver components that you will incorporate in your solution.

The successful candidate should have some of the following experience:
* Previous experience as a Scrum Master.
* Experience in functional/technical analysis and development of Sales oriented WEB applications for end customers in the financial sector
* A basic knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript, CSS3, .NET development, SQL, Angular JS
* Good knowledge of IT basic principles used in WEB applications
* Good knowledge of SOA (Service Oriented Architectures)
* Good knowledge of Datamodelling

Knowledge of Dutch and/or French is an asset to this role.
