KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key skills and responsibilities include:
- Working with the client, coach and co-ordinate a team of developers to implement packages of work
- Facilitate planning from the outset and during sprints and releases etc.
- Facilitate scrum activities (ie daily stand-up meetings, show and tells, retrospectives, backlog refinement sessions etc.)
- Communicating progress and updates to teams and stakeholders
- Governance, assurance and adherence to agile principles (including best practice and standards)
- Maintain agile process documentation the product backlog
- Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution
- Scrum Master Accreditation (Mandatory)
- Experience in large scale Agile environments essential
- IT Project Management experience
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written).
