Key Skills/Knowledge:
1) AGILE
2) Certified Scrum Master
3) Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4) Insurance domain knowledge if possible
5) Extrovert who is able to interact closely with all the business stakeholders
6) Go getter who is able to focus on the delivery of the project
Experience required:
1) At least 2 years of experience as a scrum master in AGILE projects
2) Have very good handle of Scrum Ceremonies, Scrum Artifacts and have experience of working on large projects which uses Scrum of Scrum model.
3) Should have the experience of having worked in a multi vendor/multi cultural environment.
4)Experience in working on distributed agile environments with team members in multiple locations
5) Should have been part of at least one AGILE project Inception/Kick Off
6) Preference to candidates who have worked on major development projects that runs more 18 months
7) Do not prefer Project Managers who have been managing AGILE projects, specifically looking for only Scrum Masters
This role will not fit for Project Managers who are managing AGILE projects. We are specifically looking for Scrum Masters.
