Our Dublin based client is looking for a Scrum Master who is experienced in delivering Software using Agile methodologies.
You will have strong communication skills and required to work with cross disciplined distributed teams and experienced in delivering full stack applications for Software as a Service solutions.
As a Software Development Scrum Master you must have a proven track record and experience from a number of agile projects. This is a hands on role where you will act as scrum Master and also through the full software development life cycle and carefully monitoring and controlling through each of the phases from initiation to closure.
Responsible for:
Daily Scrums; Sprint Planning; Conducting Lessons Learned Sessions and ensuring feedback is used for subsequent sprints; Arranging Sprint Demos; Providing input and action process changes when required; Ensure project objectives are met within scope, time, cost and required quality; Co-ordinating and communicating with project resources; measuring progress and monitoring performance; Risk Management including escalation and resolution; Post project implementation review to document lessons learnt.
Skills and Experience:
Agile Development Tools proficiency such as Greenhopper/Jira Agile
Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently. Experience in managing technical resources. Extensive hands-on experience in producing and grooming backlog, creating release plans etc. Exceptional communication skills with fluency in both verbal and written English. Experience working with Technical Product Management Teams, experience and exposure to the some of the following technologies, .Net, Java App, J2EE, SQL, Client Server based environments Ability to work with 3rd party vendors
