Scrum Master

Yoh has a long term contract opportunity for a SCRUM MASTER to join our client in Kansas City, Missouri.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Copies and administrates basic scrum cadence (Stand-ups, sprint planning, demo, retro, etc.), but may require assistance to understand the "why" behind them.
- Can carry on set team cadence, but may require regular coaching on techniques.
- May depend on a coach to get the team started by facilitating bootcamp, but heavily engaged and easily takes over outcomes.
- Requires mentoring with identifying waste and removing impediments, but actively follows through.
- May require mentoring with rolling-wave release planning.
- Has strong working relationships with project team members.

Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience.
- Certified ScrumMaster with and at least two (2) years of ScrumMaster experience.
- Excellent communication and servant leader skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies.
- Ability to coach Agile teams to reach their highest potential.
- Collaborative approach to driving decisions.
- Technical aptitude and prefer candidates with technical software development background.
- Prefer solid Project Management experience.
