Projektbeschreibung
Seeking a Software Development Scrum Master for the development of new features and enhancements on a number of customer facing applications and platforms. This is a hands on role where you will act as scrum Master and also through the full software development life cycle.
Requirements:
* 6 years + experience in a similar project management role, preferably in a fast paced service delivery environment.
* Agile Development Tools proficiency such as Greenhopper
* Experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
* Experience in managing technical resources.
* Extensive hands-on experience in producing and grooming backlog, creating release plans etc.
* Experience working with Technical Product Management Teams, experience and exposure to the some of the following technologies, .Net, Java App, J2EE, SQL, Client Server based environments
* Ability to work with 3rd party vendors
* Customer service orientation with ability to manage relationships with internal customers
* Ability to drive consensus among various internal stakeholders and team members.
* Risk and issue management to all levels in the organisation.
* Extensive experience in project reporting in an agile environment.
