Projektbeschreibung

An ideal candidate would have experience with cell-based screening assays in addition to experience developing and optimizing high throughput screening assays as well a microbiology and tissue culture experience. The candidate will perform all aspects of clinical bio-functional assays in support of the throughput activities for various human vaccine projects. Also perform assay development experiments and data review of clinical and experimental assays. Candidate will screen, test, and QC necessary reagents (such as control sera, complement, and creation of a proficiency panel) that are needed for the functional bioassays to support clinical testing.

SKILLS:

Experience with cell-based screening assays required

- Experience in developing and optimizing high throughput screening assays required
- Microbiology and tissue culture experience required
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word desired
