Scientist III Job

SCIENTIST III is needed for a long term CONTRACT opportunity with our client located in SWIFTWATER, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- ELISA, SDS-PAGE, PCR
- Molecular Techniques
- Immunology

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Design and execute experiments for the development of test methods such as cell-based assays, ELISA, Biacore, enzymatic assays and protein characterization methods such as SDS-PAGE, LC-MS, and column chromatography.
- Employ in-depth technical knowledge in the field of analytical experiment design and execution often working independently to design and implement a series of experiments
- Write technical reports describing the experiments and their outcome and separation of biomolecules

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ph.D. Degree in analytical chemistry, biochemistry plus 6-9 years of experience working in a GMP environment
- Experience with Fatty Acid Analysis is a plus. Experience of working in a GMP regulated environment is preferred. Experience with data bases is a plus
- Must be well-versed in the software for Thermo, Waters and AB Sciex
