ANALYTICAL SCIENTIST is needed for a CONTRACT with Yoh's client located in WALTHAM, MA.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Provide laboratory technical assistance with the solid-state characterization of new pharmaceutical research compounds including salt evaluation, early polymorphism, particle size characterization, solubility and stability determination
- Document all testing and data according to internal SOPs, cGMPs and cGDPs.
- Experience with solid-state characterization and physical chemistry of small organic molecules is essential along with hands-on working knowledge of solid-state characterization equipment

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- The analytical scientist should have at least five (5) years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a MS degree in analytical chemistry, physical chemistry or related field
- Knowledge of good research practices, proper documentation of data in laboratory notebooks and archival procedure
- Working experience in pharmaceutical industry with small molecules
