Candidate will provide support for the development & qualification of Luminex-based multiplex assays in support of high priority vaccine programs to meet aggressive timelines in support of product registration/regulatory commitments.
Incumbent will perform all aspects of characterization of critical reagents including screening of optimal monoclonal antibody & polyclonal antibody for use in Luminex Assay.
He/she will participate in assay development, DoE studies, reagent & assay qualification studies in support of Luminex Assay development to support aggressive timelines.
Perform experiments to support precision studies.
Prepare & perform testing of clinical & pre-clinical samples in support of multiple projects.
