Scientific Quality Engineer-Clinical Genomics

As a Scientific Quality Engineer focused on Clinical Genomics, you will be part of a dynamic, cross-functional team of biologists, data analysts, and software engineers building powerful tools that help prioritize and understand the significance of genetic variants in disease for the improvement of genetic medicine. You will use your foundation in human disease genomics and programming skills to assure the scientific quality of variant analytics and clinical interpretations in our applications. We have built a world-class Knowledge Base rich with molecular and disease relationships derived from scientific literature and biological databases. In combination with our Knowledge Base, we use semantic technologies and other computational techniques to provide biological context to our analytics. You will develop scalable methods to assess the correctness and completeness of our biomedical information and the accuracy and reliability of our analytics and interpretations.
