Scientific Information Specialist

The Scientific Information Specialist in Scientific Affairs International is responsible for internal scientific knowledge- transfer and for generating and maintaining scientific materials on all companies’ products and technologies relevant to profession for internal and external target groups.

Furthermore, the Scientific Information Specialist is responsible for adapting/ testing and implementing digital tools/ materials for Scientific Affairs.

Responsibilities:

• Library maintenance incl. electronic databases
• Evaluation, adaption/ configuration and implementation of digital tools/ materials to the needs of Scientific Affairs
• Helpdesk for internal partners working with the Scientific Affairs digital tools
• Generation of training materials and products / active ingredient leaflets

• Preparation and distribution of recently released scientific information materials by quarterly Scientific mailings
• Preparation and regular internal distribution of publication overviews related to the companies studies / products

You’re Profile:

• Scientific/ Medical degree in natural sciences, pharmacy, or dental medicine
• PHD is a plus
• Excellent English, German is an asset
• 1-2 years experience in developing scientific communication content for different targets and compliant with legal/ regulatory, preferably gained in a pharmaceutical or medical devices environment
• Experience in developing target-specific training materials
• Experience in screening and summarizing scientific literature
