Scientific Application Trainer/BA (Electronic Lab Notebook eLN)

Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced TRAINER/BUSINESS ANALYST FOR SCIENTIFIC APPLICATION (ELN) on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

- Supporting the rollout of an Electronic Lab Notebook (eLN) to biology labs 
- Conduct one-to-one software trainings in the labs to help scientists in getting started with the system
- Partner with scientific end-users and the IT team to help analyze scientific needs and support the application
- Contribute to large-scale global deployment of a technical solution affecting scientists day-to-day job

QUALIFICATIONS:

- EXPERIENCE WITH ELECTRONIC LAB NOTEBOOKS IS A DEFINITE ASSET.
- B.S. degree in Life Sciences (preferred), Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in support of scientific applications in Bio-Pharmaceutical industry/laboratory environments
- Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients

MISCELLANEOUS:

- Strong written and oral communication skills in English (additional German and/or French a plus)
