My local authority client is currently looking for an interim School Improvement Adviser specialising in Primary Education for an initial 12 month contract, 2-3 days per week.
This will be a school facing role and will involve driving forward improvements in performance and outcomes for Primary Schools within the area. This will involve building relationships with the Head teachers and working with the Local Authority to create a strategy to identify and improve the relevant areas.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have a strong track record in School Improvement and have held a senior role within a Primary Schools, either Deputy or Headteacher. It would also be highly advantageous if you had previous experience as an Ofsted Inspector.
