- Delegation of SCCM for 1st and 2nd level

- Power management
- MBAM administration
- Direct Access
- Integration of MDT
- User state migration

Implementing, Administration and management of the Desktops and activities related to:

- Windows 7, 8 deployment of desktops
- Windows server 2008, 2012 deployment
- VDI integration with SCCM
- GPOs for desktops, users, IE and Office 2010, 2013
- Folder redirection/roaming profiles/offline files
- Migration from XP to Windows 7, 8
- Application customization, testing, rolling-out
- Configuration of client security MS Forefront or McAfee ePO
- Windows Firewall configuration
