Scala Developer, Senior - Play Agile, TDD/BDD - London

SCALA DEVELOPER, SENIOR - PLAY! AGILE, TDD/BDD - LONDON

We are urgently looking for a strong Agile Scala Developer to join this established Agile consultancy in central London.

The successful Senior Scala Developer will have extensive commercial Scala experience writing large, scalable, solutions using Scala and Play! Framework in very strong Agile environments (TDD/BDD, Scrum, KanBan, XP, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, Continuous Deployment).

You will ideally have some experience using NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Elasticsearch/Lucene/Cassandra).

This would be an excellent opportunity for an established Senior Scala Developer.

KEY SKILLS:

- Scala
- Play! Framework
- Scalable web applications, consumer facing, API development
- Big Data, NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Elasticsearch/Lucene/Cassandra)
- TDD, BDD (JUnit, Cucumber, etc)
