SC CLEARED Trainer (learning and Development) - Bristol - 1 year - £600.00 per day

Our client is looking for a Training, learning and development consultant to develop a Project Accounting learning and development training framework to roll out for their large public sector client.

It would be preferable if you have an accounting and finance background.

KEY DELIVERABLES:

You will assist in the identification of skill gaps, training needs, training courses and qualifications for project accounting and to ensure these dovetail with the rest of CAAS (Cost Assurance and Analysis Service). Possible new subject areas that require skills/training include: cost reduction, benefits analysis, problem structuring and hypotheses testing. You will create specific training and development artefacts such as plans, course descriptions, training handbooks and other documentation.

THE ROLE IS MORE TO DEVELOP A "STANDARD" PROJECT ACCOUNTING TRAINING FRAMEWORK AND THE SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS WHICH ALIGN WITH THE WIDER CLIENT/CAAS TRAINING APPROACH.
