SC Cleared Test and Integration SME Consultant - 3months - Bracknell

We are currently seeking an experienced SC Cleared Test and Integration SME Consultant/Manager to provide a roadmap of how DNS can implement a centre of excellence in Test and Integration, including the production of formal standards and processes aligned to industry standards.This role will report into Head of Capability.

Complies with all aspects of the TOR agreed for this engagement and formal output to be delivered within a 3 month timeline.

Skills - Mandatory:

- Significant, extensive experience in management, leadership, growing and developing high performing teams. Shows appreciation and understanding of achieving the above for groups and teams from the same or from a variety of organisations
- Evidence and ability to own the management of risk across the full range oftesting/integration activities
- Excellent Communication skills - active listener, persuasive and engaging presenter, concise and clear writer
- Disciplined, proactive and dynamic collaborator always focused on supporting the delivery near-perfect excellence for the benefit of our customers
- Active supporter of end-to-end team working and the one-team approach

Useful Skills:

Broad, demonstrable experience and understanding of working with MoD, Security Intelligence Agencies, D&NS Contractors, and International clients - military and civilian - in customer facing and internal Account and/or Service Delivery Management roles concerning large, complex programmes and service-based solutions.
