SC CLEARED SERVICE MANAGEMENT LEAD - BASED IN BRUSSELS
Working for a classified project for an initial 3-6 months, a Service Management Lead is required to ensure the processing services are based on all required capabilities (including the high level apabilities requirements of service management and information management) and clearly describe how the processing service and its individual capabilities are integrated in the service management concept (SMC).
DESCRIPTION:
- Experience working with SLA's and performance targets for large complex networking and data center environments to ensure service processes conform to them
- Ability to develop and refine service processes and procedures designed to ensure consistently high service performance
- Ability to work with contractor and customer stakeholders to ensure full service portfolio are validated and receive customer concurrence.
