Satcom Technician (Entry Level) Job

SATCOM TECHNICIAN needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located at New Boston AFB, New Hampshire.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Active Secret clearance
- Formal Satellite/RF training
- Experience with SATCOM/RF Transmissions

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for providing operations and maintenance (O or a commensurate combination of education, training and experience.
- 0-3 years of experience in the operations and maintenance of radar, RF, telemetry, and/or electronic/satellite communications systems.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs to the waist level unassisted; occasionally individual lifting in excess of 50lbs is required as part of a two person lift for larger items. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be used.
- Support varying shift schedules for 24/7 operations.
- Initially technicians will work "day" 12-hour shifts - 7 AM - 7 PM for 3.5 days, then off 3.5 days & "night" "day" 12-hour shifts - 7 PM - 7 AM for 3.5 days, then off 3.5 days.
