MY CLIENT A MAJOR INVESTMENT BANK BASED IN AMSTERDAM ARE LOOKING TO RECRUIT A SAS SUPPORT CONSULTANT FOR THEIR CREDIT RISK DEPARTMENT. 

DESCRIPTION:
SAS support consultant for operations department OIB Corporate Credit Risk management. SAS consultant is experienced in day to day SAS support, but also familiar with describing the SAS support processes in detailed support process descriptions and tasks and responsibilities (the "how").

SAS support consultant who is able to support and maintain the complete SAS 9.3 environment on an operational day to day basis. The SAS consultant should also be able to help the organization grow in maturity level related to providing SAS support. One of the aspects is the ability to write down the processes and procedures in more detail. 

SAS incident and change management processes in a complex environment (issue and question handling), SAS management console, deployment processes, scheduling, restore en back up processes, monitoring, user access management, logging issues users. This is more related to SAS. Next to this the consultant should be able to translate this in readable process descriptions or schemes where actions, tasks and responsibilities are made explicitly clear.

Support SAS program Vortex Advanced Analytics and provide regular SAS support till end of April 2014 (To start with) 

Inhoudelijke omschrijving: "Supporting the Corporate Credit Risk Management Department with the following topics:

1 Issue and Question handling
2 Deployments 
3 Administer operations planning (password changes, restores, back ups)
4 Monitoring (reporting)
5 User (access) management
6 NPA Account management
7 Administer communication to users (System up down etc.)
8 Process descriptions related to SAS support (complete value chain).

Infra for SAS has been installed. Software installed and configured, datamart deployed to production, reports developed, first set of users added, set up support function (BICC Ops) started. Employee will be part of this team.

OVERVIEW: 
Your main task is to provide end to end and day to day technical and if necessary functional support to the Advanced Analytics program and the CCRM end users. You assist in performance tests, describe the release management process for patches and fixes, back ups, monitoring, user access management and the end-to-end support process as a whole. 

Successful candidates must be fluent in English
