For a large international client in Vevey, we are looking for a:
SAS SOLUTION ARCHITECT SPECIALIST
To support, design and develop our client's SAS forecasting environment (SAS DDPO 5.1) according to business and compliance requirements
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Develop user and security concepts as well as data-transfer and data-access concepts
- Design, develop and implement jobs and processes to support the administration of the environment
- Create documentation for end users and technical experts
CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE:
- Excellent knowledge of SAS V9.3+ (Base, Macro, SQL, ODS, Enterprise Guide, SAS Data Surveyor for SAP, SAS DI Studio)
- Experience with SAS Demand Driven Planning and Optimization (DDPO)/Forecast server
- SAS Intelligence Platform and (DI Studio, Stored Processes, Web Report Studio etc)
- SAS Platform Administration experience as well as Multi Platform experience (Unix (AIX)/Windows)
- Cross Platform Data querying
- System interfacing experience (using SAP, BODS, XI, SAS data/access)
- SAS platform migration experience (9.3 to 9.4)
- SAS Job scheduling using Tivoli
- Experience in Forecast Modeling would be an advantage
- NOTE WE DO NOT REQUIRE A STATISTICIAN, DATA SCIENTIST OR FORECAST MODELING EXPERT
THIS IS A CONTRACT POSITION WITH AN INTERNATIONAL CLIENT UNTIL THE END OF 2014 IN THE FIRST INSTANCE. THE CLIENT IS LOCATED ON LAKE GENEVA, IN VEVEY. INFO-TECH WILL PROVIDE ADVICE AND SUPPORT THROUGH YOUR RELOCATION IF YOU ARE WORKING IN SWITZERLAND FOR THE FIRST TIME.
