SAS PROGRAMMER, DEVELOPER
Vantage Resources are seeking experienced SAS Developers to work with a Financial Services client in Dublin.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Build, develop and test a decision support tool for customers in financial difficulty
- Design and write macros that are maintainable, accessible and user friendly
- Produce technical documentation for the solution including all SAS code.
- Liaise with the business on business requirements documentation
- Develops, maintains and validates data structure and software
REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 4 years' SAS programming experience
- BA or BSC in a scientific or quantitative field
- Strong understanding of database concepts
- Advanced SAS programming skills and experience incorporating Macros, Embedded Loops and Optimisation.
- 5-6 years' experience working with the business to understand business requirements and to deliver a solution which can be easily updated and maintained by the Business/Risk Analytics.
DESIRABLE:
- Advanced SAS Certification an advantage.
PAY RATE:
- €450-€550 per day
