Corporate & Public Bank Belgium (CPBB) is the business unit that manages the client relations with large Belgian companies & public
institutions. It covers the units Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking and Public Banking in Belgium.
In 2013, CPBB Marketing & Communication conducted a study to sharpen and align on the CPBB coverage and multi-channel strategy. To implement this
strategy, a series of initiatives have since been launched under the framework of the 'CPBB multi-channel program' which aims to amongst others to:
° Develop a relevant client segmentation
° Develop channel capabilities, data, tools and processes to support and manage the multi-channel customer experience
° develop the 360° view of the customer (Datamart)
° Develop business development capabilities
Function Description
Within the Marketing Analytics and Research team:
° Investigate how to improve our Marketing Datamart and the 360° view of the customer (quick wins) and implement them
° Marketing Analytics & Research has developed a prospection tool (From2Matrix) that identifies the structure of the commercial groups using
external data (legal links) and internal data (internal structure of the commercial group). The consultant would extend the functionalities of this tool
and work on its "user friendliness" (web app)
° Give support to Marketing CPBB to realise its yearly segmentation exercise

Duration 6 months with possible extension(s)

Education
Bachelor or master degree in Engineering, Mathematics, IT, Economics or Business administration
Languages Requirement
